YEDERA PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Yedera (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use Yedera.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

1. Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. We may also receive any information you include when you contact us by email.

We and our service providers may collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and timestamps.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, communicate with you, operate and secure the Site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use contact-form messages for advertising profiles.

3. Service providers

We use service providers that help us host and secure the Site. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser signals to assess whether a visitor is legitimate; Cloudflare describes its related privacy practices in its privacy policy.

We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Yedera and others.

4. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to your inquiry, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before responding.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

9. Contact
